Yes! This website is dedicated to international orders.
If you're located in Indonesia, please shop through our official local marketplaces such as Shopee and Tokopedia for easier payment options and domestic shipping.
What currency does this website use?
All prices are displayed in USD.
If you're shopping from Singapore, prices will automatically appear in SGD.
Why is this website different from the Indonesian store?
We keep our international store separate because it operates with different shipping methods, promotions, pricing, and policies designed specifically for overseas customers.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world.
Our products have traveled to the USA, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, France, the Netherlands, Russia, and many more.

How long does international shipping take?
Most international orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.
We use reliable postal services that offer the best balance between affordability and tracking. Indonesian Post is integrated with many national postal services such as USPS in the United States and your local postal carrier.
For nearby countries in Southeast Asia, delivery is usually much faster—for example, Singapore typically takes around 3–5 business days.
Do you really offer free worldwide shipping?
Yes!
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over USD 90.
For customers in Singapore, shipping is always free with no minimum purchase.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
Unfortunately, no.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees are determined by your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility.
Some countries don't charge import fees, while others do, so it varies depending on where you live.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed and shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, we won't be able to cancel or modify it.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package goes missing during transit, we'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier.
If the shipping carrier officially declares the package lost and compensates us, we'll issue a refund or replacement accordingly.
However, if the tracking status shows the package as Delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery. In many cases, packages are received by neighbors, family members, apartment receptionists, or unfortunately stolen after delivery.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Can I return or exchange my order?
At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item.

How should I care for my products?
Canvas products
- Machine washable on a gentle cycle.
- Hand washing is recommended for the longest lifespan.
- Colors are designed not to fade with proper care.
Faux leather products
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- For stains, gently clean with mild soap.
- Please do not soak in water.
Some products may require dry cleaning. If so, care instructions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Is Liunic on Things made ethically?
-Â All of our creations are meticulously crafted in our studio in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are producing limited quantities to minimize waste. As a slow art label, we do not simply follow trends and seasons but instead launch our products based on our own timeline and capacities, ensuring that each piece receives the attention and care it deserves.
We prioritize sustainability and strive to create art that is both meaningful and mindful.
Is Liunic on Things handmade?
Yes! many parts of our products are handcrafted and individually hand-cut in our studio.
Because of this, slight variations may occur, making every piece uniquely yours.
Can we custom our own products with your drawing?
At the moment, we don't offer personal custom orders.
